“Gatherings of the Silk Road” is Blume’s four-course Ramadan iftar, served daily from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM as a shared dining experience. The set menu is priced at AED 240 per guest, with AED 120 for children aged 12 and under, and the à la carte menu is not available during iftar service. The table opens with a generous Ramadan spread, followed by a choice of soup and hot starters designed for sharing. Guests then select a main course rooted in comforting Turkish classics, finished with traditional desserts that close the evening on a warm note. Complimentary water, Turkish tea, and şerbet are served throughout, keeping the rhythm smooth, complete, and uninterrupted.

The experience opens with premium Ajwa and Medjoul dates, warm breads, olives, house-made dips, stuffed vine leaves, and aged tulum cheese finished with burnt butter, alongside a seasonal salad with olive oil and lemon. Guests then choose lentil soup enriched with butter, cumin, and sweet paprika, or the soup of the day, before shared hot starters arrive including pan-sautéed calf liver, Turkish kol böreği, slow-cooked Ashur stew, and traditional icli kofte. For mains, the selection includes slow-cooked lamb shoulder with rice pilaf, pistachio, and brown butter, grilled chicken skewers with roasted pepper and tomato, Ali Nazik, Turkish manti, or the chef’s dish of the day. Desserts close the evening with baked rice pudding topped with roasted hazelnuts, pistachio and pomegranate güllaç, or traditional Umm Ali, with complimentary water, Turkish tea, and şerbet served throughout.
