“Gatherings of the Silk Road” is Blume’s four-course Ramadan iftar, served daily from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM for a shared dining experience. The set menu is priced at AED 240 per guest, with AED 120 for children aged 12 and under, making it ideal for families and groups. The table begins with a generous opening spread, followed by a choice of soup and a sequence of hot starters designed to be shared. Guests then select a main course built around comforting Turkish classics and Blume signatures, finished with traditional desserts.
